In order to improve the efficiency of new Baiyun airport, the Guangzhou Custom issues 12 regulations. SFBTS is the No. 4 regulation. That is using bonded truck to transfer import and export goods between two Customs. It allows those cities without airport can send and receive air-import and air-export goods directly. With simplified Custom procedures, import and export goods can arrive the destination faster and cheaper.
