| On August 31,
1995 approved by the Ministry of Commerce of People’s
Republic of China, West True Dragon Transportation (Guangzhou)
Ltd.,(WTD) was founded. |
| On November 1995 WTD was approved
by the Custom General Administration of PRC as a licensed
Custom brokerage agency. |
| In year 1996
WTD was elected as the Model Cultivated Company by Guangzhou
Yuexiu District Government. |
| In 1997, Beijing office was
founded. |
| In 1998, Shanghai
office was founded. |
| In August 1998 WTD owned its
first bonded truck, by now our bonded truck business
occupies about one third of the Guangzhou bonded trucking
market. |
| In 1999 WTD
joined the Guangdong International Freight Forwarder
Association, the Guangdong Freight Forwarder Association
and the Council for the Promotion of International Trade
Yuexiu District Chamber. |
| At the end of 2000, WTD’s general
manager, Mr. Jin Hai Ming, was elected as the executive
director of the Guangzhou Economy Development Zone Commerce
Association, Council for the Promotion of International
Trade Guangzhou Chamber, as well as the Foreign Investor
Association. |
| In 2000 Guangzhou
Bonded District West True Dragon Logistic Ltd. was founded. |
| In 2001, Mr. Huang Sidao, chairman
of the board, was appointed as special member of Guangzhou
Yuexiu District Politics Negotiation Chamber. |
| In 2002, Mr.
Jin Haiming, was elected as the executive member of
Guangzhou Yuexiu District Industry & Commerce Alliance. |
| On January 23, 2002, WTD set
up its trucking department, and bought 16 trucks at
that time. |
| In 2002, WTD
obtained the ‘First Class Freight Forwarder’ from China
Civic Aviation Bureau and gained the ISO9001 certificate. |
| In November 2002, WTD set up
its Shenzhen office. |
| On January 1,
2003, WTD joined the IATA and became a member. |
| On October 8, 2003, WTD Hong
Kong office was founded. |
| In 2003 Mr.
Jin Haiming, general manager of WTD, was elected as
the delegate of 13rd Yuexiu District’s People Congress. |
| In 2004, Mr. Jin Haiming, general
manager of WTD, was appointed as the deputy director
of the Air Cargo Express team in the Guangdong International
Freight Forwarder Association; as well as the vice director
of the Guangzhou Custom Declaration Association. |
| On May 11, 2004,
WTD established it first subsidiary company—Guangzhou
General Province Transportation Ltd.,(GP). with 5 million
registered capital. GP is the first company obtained
Guangzhou Baiyun Custom’s official approval of providing
scheduled bonded truck service. |
| In September 2004, WTD’s Custom
declaration volume record 1721 shipment a month. |
In 2004, the
air cargo volume through Superlink China Direct import
to Guangzhou Economy & Technology Development District
reached 5675 tons.
On December 12, 2004, Jiangmen office was established. |
| On December 30, 2004, WTD Beijing
office obtained the license of ‘Grade-1 Air Freight
Forwarder’ from China Civic Aviation Bureau. |
